Institute of Human Resources Development

The Institute of Human Resources Development (IHRD) was established in 1987 by the Government of Kerala and it is an autonomous educational institute that offers many courses related to human resources and management. The institute is located in Kerala and accepts applications from all over the country from candidates who want to pursue their degree in human resources and related courses.

The IHRD was established to increase the quality and regulate the human resources and at the same time contribute to the technological and economic progress of the country through human resource development. The institute is based on the principle of, “Think Globally and Act Locally
